Aesthetic treats for the new year
Hope everyone’s having a sweet start to 2026! At the risk of being cliche, I wish you an incredible beginning to the year of the Fire Horse <3 We’ve done a lot of good shedding the past year, so it’s about damn time we tuned in to some new momentum and growth.
I wanted to kick things off by sharing some new visual explorations I’ve been quietly developing for the last couple months. I notice my collage/ image making skills deepening. With an intuitive sophistication, the works are coming off softer and more nuanced. As a new addition, I’ve used text to give more weight to the visual compositions. Most of the images have been sourced from the rich public domain image repository by Cosmos, which is my new favourite + safe place on the internet right now. I feel like a latent curatorial skill in me has been energised again!
